Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@westernflowersco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return mailing address
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using your preferred carrier

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Western Flowers is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Final sale items (if applicable, noted on the product page)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original piece and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
