Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • Flat rate $7.99 on all orders under $75

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size to ensure the best delivery experience.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and are in addition to processing time. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number when applicable by shipper. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contactl@westernflowersco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
